From intake to return

How Our Process Works

A controlled intake process: the right service starts with the right information, and nothing is assumed before review.

Illustration: a constable reviews a document surrounded by forms, envelopes, a calendar and checklists.
  1. Step 1

    Submit securely

Choose the form for your document. Provide the documents, service address, deadline, court information and instructions. You can save a long request and finish later. You receive a reference number on screen and by email, and we receive our own notification.

  2. Step 2

    Eligibility review

We review the document category, geography, dates, apparent authority, recipient information and operational risks. If something is missing — a page, an exhibit, an order, fee instructions — we ask through your portal.

  3. Step 3

    Scope and quote

If the assignment can be accepted, you receive the proposed scope, price and timing assumptions. Statutory fee components are identified separately. You review and sign the service authorization electronically in your portal.

  4. Step 4

    Acceptance

Work begins only after we confirm acceptance and any required payment or authorization is received. Your status changes to Accepted, then Scheduled.

  5. Step 5

    Attempts and updates

The server follows the accepted attempt plan and records relevant activity. Status information goes to the authorized requester through the agreed method. An attempt is never reported as completed service.

  6. Step 6

    Return or completion record

The authorized requester receives the applicable return, affidavit or completion record through the agreed delivery method — the secure portal, first-class mail, or both.
